A ‘No Sweat Into’ consists of a 15-20 minute consultation with one of our coaches where we get together and discus health and lifestyle goals and decide on the best route to take to allow all clients to achieve whatever goals they may have.
Our main options include a 6 session (on ramp) plan, 30 min Personal Training sessions, 60 min Personal Training sessions, small group PT sessions
The aim of the ON RAMP is to expose you to the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skill development. We will prepare you to enter the CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movement safely and efficiently.
The 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit are:
- The Squat
- The Front Squat
- The Overhead Squat
- The Press
- The Push Press
- The Push Jerk
- The Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- The Deadlift
- The Medicine Ball Clean
These are just the basic movements; we will also be teaching you Kettlebell skills for conditioning, gymnastic skills for midline stability, Olympic lifts the clean, clean and jerk and the snatch. Plyometric skills like box jumping, jump rope work. All these and many more will be covered in the ON RAMP.
Each ‘ON RAMP’ course will finish with a CrossFit workout and we guarantee you will see a significant improvement in your performance from your first session to your last.
On completion of the ‘ON RAMP’ you are free to attend any CrossFit class. This is just the start of your CrossFit journey; With CrossFit now part of your lifestyle, you will remain to be constantly motivated, encouraged and inspired to reach higher heights.
