Today’s workout of the day is a choice between Olympic lifting and gymnastics or you could do both.
Olympic lifting
Snatch: work up to a heavy single. Back off 5% for a single, back off another 5 % for a final
single.
Snatch push press+ ohs: work up to a heavy single
Deficit clean pulls (standing on 20kg plates) 90%x5, 95%x4, 100%x3
Gymnastics
4x1min handstand holds (nose and chest to wall) rest as needed.
EMOM x20:00
Even: 5 HSPU
Odd: 10 T2B
