Today’s workout of the day:
EMOM for 15mins
Perform 1 Split jerk.
Start with 40kg and add 5kg every min until failure. Females start on 20kg and add 2.5kg every min.
If you fail before 15mins pick the weight 2mins before you failed and do 2 split jerks every min until end.
