Down dog – 30 secs into Pigeon [R] – 1 min
Down dog – 30 secs into pigeon [L] – 1 min
Dragon [R] – 2 mins [L] – 2 mins
Thread the needle [R] – 1 min [L] – 1 min
Frog pose – 3 min
Rest 2 mins
