Seal pose – 1 min
Sumo squat – 1 min
With right side rotation – 1 min
Sumo squat – 1 min
With left side rotation – 1 min
Saddle – 2mins
Saddle eagle [R] – 1 min [L] – 1 min
Lizard [R] – 2 mins [L] – 2 mins
Forward fold – 2 mins
Rest 2 mins
