Today’s workout of the day is a choice between Olympic lifting or gymnastics. You could even do both if feeling brave.
Olympic lifting
2 position snatch: 1 from Launch or hang, 1 from floor. 70%x1+1, (75%x1+1, 80%x1+1, 85%x1+1) x 2
Snatch pulls: work up to 100%x3x2, 100% +10 kg x 3, these are of your best snatch.
Snatch push press + overhead squat + snatch balance (no dip) + sotts press: 1+1+1+2 reps x 5 sets. You declare the weight to be used.
Gymnastics
6 Min AMRAP
1 Wall Walk +2 shoulder tap
2 Wall Walk + 4 Shoulder tap
3 Wall Walk + 6 Shoulder Tap
4… Etc.. Continuing up the ladder till time runs out
Then
3mins L-sit
Every time you break do 2 skin the cats
