Today’s workout of the day is:
EMOM for 15mins
Perform 1 Clean.
Start with 40kg and add 5kg every min until failure. Females start on 20kg and add 2.5kg every min.
If you fail before 15mins pick the weight 2mins before you failed and do 2 cleans every min until end.
21-15-9 (not for time but work through with little rest)
