Today’s workout of the day is:   SKILLS Pick 2 gymnastics exercises you suck at and spend time working on them. Then spend 20mins working on a barbell movement you need to work on. Shoulder press (start with 50% of bodyweight and add weight every min. If you fail switch to push press)

Then

10 rounds
10 kettlebell snatch 24/16kg
10 press ups

Team Nutts
In teams of two perform:
20 Handstand push-ups
30 Deadlift 115/80kg
50 Box jumps 30/24″
100 Pull-ups
200 Wallball 10kg
400 Double-unders
Run 800 meters with a 20kg plate (200m relay style)
